Principles and Guidelines |

When parties decide to use Collaborative Practice, they agree in writing to be bound by the Principles and Guidelines of Collaborative Practice. They pledge to not go to court, agree to an honest exchange of information, strive for a solution that takes into account their highest priorities, and acknowledge that their collaborative attorneys cannot represent them in any adversarial proceedings. |
