Alissa Kempton is a founding member of Robin, Ferguson & Kempton. She graduated cum laude from Bucknell University in 1999 with a degree in political science and received her J.D. from Hastings Law School. She has been practicing family law since 2003 and provides litigation, mediation, and collaborative practice services to individuals regarding financial and custody matters. She has extensive experience representing clients seeking temporary and permanent restraining orders.
Prior to forming Robin, Ferguson & Kempton, LLP, Ms. Kempton was an associate with Presser & Robin, LLP, in Menlo Park and Hersh Family Law Practice in San Francisco. She is certified in collaborative practice and she volunteers for the San Mateo Family Court as a mediator. She has completed pro bono work in San Francisco and Santa Clara and is an active member of the Family Law Group in San Francisco. She is also a member of the Santa Clara County and San Mateo County Bar Associations. She enjoys dancing and cooking.
