Patricia Roma brings a wealth of experience in many areas to her collaborative practice. For more than 30 years, she has been engaged in the general practice of law, where she has litigated divorces, real property, personal injury, and other types of cases including criminal defense. For the last 15 years, Patricia’s practice has focused primarily in the area of family law. She is trained in both mediation and collaborative law. Patricia Roma enjoys the challenge and creativity involved in the collaborative process, which assists separating couples in developing reasonable solutions to emotionally charged situations and to replace discord with harmony in the dissolution process. Patricia Roma is a member of the Family Law Sections of the State Bar of California, and of the San Mateo County Bar Association. She graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law, in 1971, after earning BA and MA degrees from the University of Wisconsin, at Madison.
