Jessica Lee-Messer has been practicing law since 2000. She practices exclusively in the area of family law, and she is experienced in Collaborative Practice and mediation, as well as litigation.
Jessica obtained her J.D. in 1999 from Washington University School of Law, which she attended as a recipient of the Scholar in Law Scholarship, and she received her undergraduate degree in Policy Analysis and Management Science from Carnegie Mellon University in 1996. While in law school, Jessica assisted low-income victims of domestic violence in obtaining Orders of Protection, as well as other services, at Legal Services of Eastern Missouri.
Jessica serves on the boards of Collaborative Practice San Mateo County, Collaborative Practice Silicon Valley, San Mateo County Bar Association (SMCBA) Women Lawyers' Section, and Casa di Mir Montessori School. She was the 2009 and 2010 Co-Chair of Collaborative Practice San Mateo, the 2010 Treasurer of the SMCBA Women Lawyers' Section and is the 2011 Vice-Chair of the SMCBA Women Lawyers' Section. Jessica is licensed to practice in California, Missouri and Colorado.
Jessica has been named a "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers Magazine for 2009 and 2010.
