Ms. Wallacker is a Certified Specialist in Family Law (certified by the California Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California). She has practiced all aspects of family law since 1993. Ms. Wallacker has substantial experience litigating and settling complex family law cases that involve custody, support and property; however, she is also trained in collaborative law and mediation and devotes an increasing portion of her practice to these forms of alternative dispute resolution. Ms. Wallacker was previously associated with the law firms of Esther R. Lerner and Schapiro-Thorn, Inc., in San Francisco, California. She is a current member of the San Francisco Bar Association. Ms. Wallacker has served as co-chair of both the Family Law Section of the San Mateo County Bar Association and Collaborative Practice San Mateo County. She is also a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. She is a member of the San Mateo County Multi-Option ADR Project ("MAP"), and Family Law ADR Panel Advisory Committees. Ms. Wallacker was a member of Custody and Property North, sub-committees of the Family Law Section of the California State Bar. Ms. Wallacker presented at the State Bar Spring 1998 Section Education Institute on Disclosure Duties. Ms. Wallacker received her law degree from the University of Michigan, after graduating cum laude from the University of California at Davis with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Economics.
