We are dedicated to working with a divorcing couple in a cooperative and respectful manner to reach a long lasting resolution that benefits your family. Your collaborative team, including family lawyers, financial specialists, divorce coaches and child specialists, provide support for you and your divorce process.
We help families who are facing difficult transitions to manage emotions, communicate effectively, make educated decisions and reduce conflict while keeping the most important goals of both parties at the forefront of the settlement.The focus is on constructive problem solving rather than on adversarial bargaining and court imposed solutions.
The goal of Collaborative Practice to to assist people in resolving disputes with integrity and preserving family relationships in the future. The end result is a more efficient, respectful, considerate and solutions-based approach to resolve disputes.
Collaborative Practice can also be used to resolve other family matters such as domestic partnerships, non-marital cohabitation agreements, child custody and support matters, as well as non-family/civil matters.
